|Recommended: YesLove It — 1st of all... I'm picky and I pay attention to everything. I went though 5 apartment complexes before choosing this one. I must say, my decision was great. I haven't had an issue since I've been here. My maintenance request gets handled fast and prompt, the Mgr is very hands on, and the business center is very helpful. Thank you Landmark for being great to your residents

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — The staff are really nice and very helpful. Omparo made moving in a really nice experience for us makes sure to be there for any call problem that comes up. Parking has not been an issue. The grounds look nice and clean. I would recommend giving this place a shot.

|Recommended: YesNice Property — Parking is not an issue. Just renewed my lease here for a second year and I am satisfied with landmark. Maintenance takes care of issues in a timely manner. The leasing office is helpful and professional. Apartment styles are decent. Sometimes you can hear neighbors.

|Recommended: NoPeople Look For A Home To Escape The Stress From Work And School Not Another Space To Worried About Every Little Thing — There is no security, and for security, the building should have a dor because is open to anybody so I had packages stolen twice. Electricity is too high because of machines placed such as the heater and appliance in the kitchen take too much energy. The windows are not insulated so you heat the outside and always get the cold inside, so it is always cold. The landscape needs some flowers, a little bit of color.
