submitted by George K. - |Recommended: NoThe location is great, but what is lack is the professionalism. — I sincerely will not recommend anyone. Not one time all my requests received a prompt response. At times, I have to make two or three appearances at the leasing building before my problem was addressed. The kids in the complex lack a sense of respect, throwing bottles of water at older people. I found it very unfair that the tenants are asked to uphold all the guidelines, in return, some of the basic services take a very long time before they are delivered.

I have to make too many complaints in the short time that I’ve been here to get any kind of work done, and still haven’t gotten all the requests completed

I love the fact that I can wash clothes at any time in my unit. I always had positive interaction with property staff. The only thing I dislike is the quality work that maintenance does when they show up. They patch up the problems without fixing the problem. So I constantly have to call them with the same problem. My apartment is outdated, it just need to be renovated I believe.
