submitted by Gregory Y. - |Recommended: YesHappy Renter — Just moved to Landmark Apartments, and I really like the community, it's clean,respectful Renters, quite, minutes from metro busses and 15 minutes from Hyattsville metro station and very convenient located to Chillum md. Shopping and schools. I like living here at Landmark Apartments very much.

submitted by Stanley I. - |Recommended: YesNeeding Some Fixing — 1st of all WE LOVE OUR UNIT a few fixes needed however staff is on top of it as we speak. We don’t use the dishwasher it catches water inside then we have to run it to drain it out and when the stink backs up it also catches water. The AC in the master bedroom is not working its blowing cool air but it's not cooling the room even with doors close and the refrigerator MOST importantly it’s not working the freezer but the refrigerator will not get cold. Please if you guys can send someone out as soon as possible, as we don't want to lose any more food. thank you so much and by the way they love the apartment honestly do even though there are some minor issues absolutely love it

submitted by Clifton G. - |Recommended: YesManagement Is Irresponsive Most Of The Time. — The apartment is sweet but management is horrible with reaching out or returning emails or phone calls. I had management tell me they was gonna reach out to me about my maintenance request but I have yet to hear from anyone and it’s going on about 2 weeks now, just make sure you keep a paper trail cause they will say they didn’t get it.

submitted by George N. - |Recommended: YesJust moved in, but based on my initial impressions, it's a pleasant departure from my previous apartment community. But I am quite pleased with what I see so far clean ground, quite community, nice location.
submitted by Terri - |Recommended: YesI aint started renting here yet i have sent a message but no reply due to it being sunday where i am my partner is unemployment benefits for now till he gets a new job and i have been trying my hardest to help him as much as i can im just hoping these people will accept him 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

submitted by Karen - |Recommended: YesI toured The Landmark apartments in cypress creek. Ms. Amparo was my agent she was awesome very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. If your looking into this location I recommend you touring with her. She made this apartments my top choice.
