|Recommended: YesManagement Is Irresponsive Most Of The Time. — The apartment is sweet but management is horrible with reaching out or returning emails or phone calls. I had management tell me they was gonna reach out to me about my maintenance request but I have yet to hear from anyone and it’s going on about 2 weeks now, just make sure you keep a paper trail cause they will say they didn’t get it.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in, but based on my initial impressions, it's a pleasant departure from my previous apartment community.
But I am quite pleased with what I see so far clean ground, quite community, nice location.
|Recommended: YesI aint started renting here yet i have sent a message but no reply due to it being sunday where i am my partner is unemployment benefits for now till he gets a new job and i have been trying my hardest to help him as much as i can im just hoping these people will accept him 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

|Recommended: YesI toured The Landmark apartments in cypress creek. Ms. Amparo was my agent she was awesome very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. If your looking into this location I recommend you touring with her. She made this apartments my top choice.

|Recommended: YesI've Lived Here For 5 Yrs I'm Overall Satisfied. — I've lived here for 5 yrs I'm overall satisfied. With the exception of some uncleanliness on the property by some of the residents. Also the lack of upgrades to the Heating Air Conditioner units on the upper floors that don't have central air. I have 2 in my unit. One has a thermostat that allows for the air or heat to turn on or off automatically like a central hvac unit does. The other is old I have to turn it on off on my own this is a Hassel costs me more money because I don't like to come home to a hot or cold place I don't always come home. Therefore that unit is running 24 7 until I can cut it off. The older ones need to be replaced with the newer ones. And the units are small for the price. However, other than these things I like it here no real problems that haven't been addressed. And I would have recommended friends family to rent here. Some have have left others are still here. So overall I'm content.

|Recommended: Yesso I have lived here a little more than 1 year and so far so good. Complaints are standard for any complex noise vs quiet. Its ok if you don't mind the thin walls neighbors with children and pets making noise above your head. The complex is clean trash pick up is daily I haven't seen any bugs or rodents maintenance is very responsive and the rental office staff are friendly and responsive. My only issue is that the tenants are not adhering to the 25 ft no smoking policy and I smell cigarette and marijana coming through the door of my apartment. Other than this I like it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I live right near the Leasing Office, so parking is often a challenge depending on what time I come home. Other than that, this is a really good place to live. The Leasing Office staff is very polite and helpful and despite the very few issues I've had with them, they usually go the extra mile to get a problem solved or a question answered. Maintenance is some of the best I've ever seen. They respond as quickly as they can, don't leave a mess when they have to fix or replace something, and if they come to the apartment while I happen to be home, they are very courteous.
