The office staff is attentive and nice. Maintenance takes forever and never gives you updates on the work being done.

I need this issue to be addressed immediately. I am a resident that pays rent on time and cause no issues. I did not have bedbugs prior to moving into your property and this is the property's responsibility not the residents. I DID NOT HAVE BEDBUGS PRIOR TO MOVING HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

submitted by Anita C. - |Recommended: YesMinor Hipcups But Ok — I like my space. Pest problem significantly reduced over the past few years due to regular maintenance. My neighbors are pretty friendly. No upgrades or updates with the rental increases but my space is good. My one complaint is the electricity costs for my comfort level is crazy high.

submitted by Niurka P. - |Recommended: NoOld Appliances And Rats And Cockroaches — Since we moved in, the stove and refrigerator are old, apart from all the mice everywhere, the cockroaches since we moved, it's incredible how these people don't make an effort to have a good review of the person who rents, and we are very clean I have two small children and I live in fear that they will get sick thanks to the rats in this apartment

submitted by Andreina O. - |Recommended: NoAwful. — Absolutely nothing in my apartment works. After living here for less than a month, I know for a fact nothing works. I’ve already had power outage, three times the kitchen floors, two time the guest bathroom. Worst of all the AC doesn’t work. I’ve been to the hospital because of a heat stroke thanks to you guys refusing to fix my AC after calling for two weeks and putting a maintenance request where it was ignored until today . 5 days later. And the office ignored it for two weeks. I’m paying for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and since I’ve moved here I have only been able to use 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. My kitchen didn’t work for almost two days. I will absolutely not recommend anyone to move here. Only good I can say is that Ampara sorry if I miss spell it is that only good person working in the leasing office.

The only con is the thin walls, but everyone in my building are pretty quiet so noise isn't an issue just can here if someone yells or is talking loudly. I feel like the dumpsters should be bigger or something because it's not enough space to support trash from two buildings. Overflow of trash leaves the grounds looking a mess. Other than that I really have not complaints. This is my first apartment so it's great for someone living on their own for the first time or just young individuals in general. Safety isn't an issue. I feel safe coming and going at late hours. Lastly, it's in a great location. Most stores that you'd go to are no more than 15 minutes away.

I would like to mention Melrose Abiara, who has been fantastic. She had made the transition as easy and as helpful as anyone could ask. From coordinating the viewing of the apartment ahead of my move-in, to adding an individual to the lease, to adding my dog to the lease, to explaining everything I needed to know about the property. I even had an issue with my rent payment that she assisted me with me due to cyber theft unrelated to Landmark. She has been a true professional and I would encourage anyone to ask to speak with her. The apartments are clean, and quiet. Very good location. thanks Ted King
