Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
You are able to request any apartment that is available during the time frame you need. In order to hold any apartment, you must complete an application and pay the application fee.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Vouchers are accepted.
Are utilities included?
Resident's are responsible to pay their own utilities.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's Insurance is required and each tenant is required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance and $10,000 in personal property. The community must be included as an "Interested Party" or "Additionally Insured".
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Our pool is open during the summer season. Pool days and times may vary but the official pool season begins on Memorial Day and ends on Labor Day.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The Club House is available by reservation only, Please contact the leasing office for more info.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Fitness Center is open 24-hours a day. Entry is only accessible by key fob.
What are the hours for the business center?
Our Wi-Fi Cafe is open for resident use from 10am-6pm M-Sa.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
All of our apartment homes are internet/cable ready. Tenant's are responsible for securing their own internet/cable account and will pay their bill directly to the service provider.
What is the parking situation?
The community offers open parking on a first come, first serve basis. All leaseholders receive a parking permit upon move in.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?

Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Each apartment is furnished with A/C & Heat.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?
Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
