|Recommended: YesCustomer Service — I love my apartment the rooms are so big. They have a nice kitchen and washer and dryer also in the apartment which I love cause I don’t have leave my apartment to wash my clothes.

|Recommended: NoComfortable But Chaotic — I’m in love with my comfy one bedroom den, BUT it came with a multitude of issues. Ever since I moved in November of 2018, I’ve had to deal with maintenance not fixing issues for MONTHS, nasty staff members that didn’t want to be accountable for mistakes and missing out on certain services and ways I wanted to decorate my home because of the half done jobs by the property contractors. For example, I didn’t have cable for a month because the cable line in my apartment was buried behind concrete in the wall, intentionally. My home is so comfy because I’ve made it my space. And there are certainly people on the property that are amazing and so helpful Charles, Sadie but there’s a good amount of things they’re out of their control and view. Those things ultimately impact my yearn to want to stay on this property.

|Recommended: YesI Think It Is A Very Nice Place To Live — Living at landmark is very convenient and inviting. I do not have to worry about maintenance because, if something needs to be fixed they are there to fix it. I have been living here for almost two years and I would definitely recommend it.

|Recommended: NoGreat Management Team — The new Property Manager-Saddie is attentive, friendly, and very fast to respond and correct what the previous property manager didn’t address, the office staff is always very professional as well.

|Recommended: NoCould Use Fixing — I love my apartment and my neighbors would just love a little more urgency with maintenance, better pest control and a better exterior decorum.

|Recommended: YesResident — This is a solid apartment complex. Doesn’t take long to adjust here and even has the convenience of public trans operating with a 15 min walk. An ideal place for the college student or even the small families. Affordable, I think so.

|Recommended: YesGood For Where We Are — We love the location of the apartments literally almost 10-15 mins from everything we need. The communisty is fairly quiet and safe. The apartment itself is almost what you make it inside. There are some minor problems like carpet coming up, cabinets are older, and washer and dryer are smaller. However, for a first and even second apartment, we love it, and for the price it's really good.

|Recommended: NoYou Get What You Pay For - If That — Management is terrible - more stories than I have room for but a memorable one is when a SWAT team raided the apartment above me and management said they never knew anything about that, even weeks later. Walls are ridiculously thin, I can hear every step of my neighbor above my head, mice problems, getting things fixed is always an ordeal- ie our washing machine was broken and not replaced for at least 2 months and they don’t accommodate for the inconvenience there is MOLD in the bathroom - still waiting for a response on that mailbox is still broken-exposing our mail the mice problem front door broken-since it was “fixed,” it doesn’t stay closed unless you turn the bolt, etc. As far as the “Amenities” - they revamped the gym so it’s a little better I have yet to use the pool - it was also under maintenance for some time. There is always ample parking yet we only get 1 guest pass, and there’s towing enforcement. The nice thing is the location - close to metro and stores
