|Recommended: YesMs. Jameka Williams Ms. Myrna — I am thankful for living in an establishment with someone like Ms. Jameka Williams on staff. Ms. Williams cares. I have witnessed her help many tenants. She talks with us, she listens, she understands. Anytime I have a problem I immediately go to her because I know she will get it fixed. I called this morning and even got forwarded to her. I guess everyone knows she gets things done. She has an amazing personality. She is always relaxed and smiling. I know it takes a lot of energy to just hear people have problems all day so I really want her to know that she is appreciated. I also want to give thanks to Ms. Myrna Lebi, these two women keep me here at Landmark apartments. Ms. Myrna has been helping me for years and is another person that is always willing to listen and sit and talk with me. She always has a smile and wants to hear what I have to say. These two women have customer service down to a T. Thank you so much.

|Recommended: YesI Admire The Leasing Office Staff Professionalism — Living here is peaceful, quiet, and a home, friendly environment and there is ALWAYS SPACE TO PARK which is important. The leasing office staff are amazing recommend speaking to Ms. Jameka she is welcoming, helpful will always have you satisfied on any request or help that you need.

Maintenance could still use some adjustments.
The interior of the apartment buildings are disgusting on a regular basis as well as the trash area, but that is due to nasty neighbors.
Assigned parking would help a great deal.
Was supposed to have my place checked for bed bugs in March and haven't heard from the property manager.
Asked to have my carpet cleaned and no response on that either.
Mice are still a 1 issues always has been and looks like that wont change.

|Recommended: YesMy Comfort Zone — Moved here in March and have been enjoying it...very peaceful and neighbors are friendly and staff is great,community very close to a lot of places and metro accessible. Only thing I would recommend is pet stations around the grounds with poop bags and enforce the pick up after your pet policy bc nobody wants to step in poop. Has recommended people to come by to view the property.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — Close to metro and its a lot of grocery stores. I like living in convenient places. Its very important to me and my brother cause we don't always drive. And Jameka Helps me all the time and I will never forget her and her customer service.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance And Loud Nosie — Overall, it's a great community to live in. For the most part neighbor are considerate but those with kids are not. The smoking is inconsiderate and there need to be designated areas.

|Recommended: YesBest Location For Everyone To Live. — Best place for living and rent is very affordable. Security is best, Marketplace 2 seven eleven near to only waling distance. For Muslim people, one Halal place near the place. Property Manager is highly cooperative and helping in any difficulty. I would like to recommend this place for all who wants and needs to live in highly security area.
