|Recommended: NoBed Bugs, Unsanitary Buildings, Tooth And Nail To Get Anything Accomplished — Since Quest Management Group has taken over, the upkeep of the grounds and interior has gone down hill. This property has always suffered from rodents and bed bugs, but it has become outrageous. Turnover is so frequent with the office staff that I cannot keep up.

|Recommended: YesNice Community — Gets a little rowdy around the swimming pool and the picnic area seems to be occupied by the same family every weekend but overall pretty good place so far. I have only lived here about 4 months

|Recommended: YesOverall It’s A Good Place To Live. — I love the community. I have referred several new residents to this property. My one concern is that the rental offices has a very bad turnover of employees and things don’t get transition over in a professional manner. The individuals that are currently in the rental office are very professional and helpful. I pray that all stay onboard.

|Recommended: YesPoor Upkeep — These buildings hallways are very dirty
Kids run and play littering and dropping bottles, candy papers and chewed up gum. Most of them have no supervision and even if an adult is present they will still litter.

|Recommended: YesGreat Living Environment — Definitely recommended the complex to my friends and colleagues at my institution. Only concern is the paint on the parking spaces. One late evening my vehicle was towed for being over the parking lines--the lines that were not visible at 1am. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with Landmark Apartments, the staff, and the amenities available. I truthfully do not hear my neighbors unless I am in the kitchen--thankfully my neighbors also have great taste in music, it's very faint though.

|Recommended: YesBest Location For Everyone To Live. — In my experience I enjoyed living in my building ,I've had the best neighbors who were so respectful and not to mention the access to a gym, pool and CPU room. As well as being a few blocks from a few grocery stores as well. Thank you especially to Jameka as well as Nikkia.

|Recommended: YesCovenience — I have been a resident here for many years. I like my building for the most part. However, the building isn't cleaned on a regular basis I think the management thinks it is being cleaned , neighbors leave their trash outside their doors and this creates an odor in the stairway. Outside of those major things, Its a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesSpacious, Comfortable, Improved Management — I have live at Landmark apartments for about 2.5 years. I love the location and spacious layout of my apartment. Management of resident issues has improved since changing from Cypress creek apartment s to Landmark. Many things could be better however. Overall, communication and addressing maintenance needs has improved but definitely needs to continue to get better. There should also be a dedicated staff member to address general resident questions or concerns.
