|Recommended: NoThe Location Is Great, But What Is Lack Is The Professionalism. — I sincerely will not recommend anyone. Not one time all my requests received a prompt response. At times, I have to make two or three appearances at the leasing building before my problem was addressed. The kids in the complex lack a sense of respect, throwing bottles of water at older people. I found it very unfair that the tenants are asked to uphold all the guidelines, in return, some of the basic services take a very long time before they are delivered.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance — The maintenance is terrible They don’t show up for maintenance requests and if they do it’s half done. I have to make too many complaints in the short time that I’ve been here to get any kind of work done, and still haven’t gotten all the requests completed

|Recommended: YesThis Is My First Property I Ever Rented. Overall, I Enjoy Staying There. — It's overall a decent place to stay. The environment is quiet. I love the fact that I can wash clothes at any time in my unit. I always had positive interaction with property staff. The only thing I dislike is the quality work that maintenance does when they show up. They patch up the problems without fixing the problem. So I constantly have to call them with the same problem. My apartment is outdated, it just need to be renovated I believe.

|Recommended: NoIt Has Gone Down — The apartments are nice, but the tenants specifically in my building are rude, trashy and inconsiderate of their neighbors. Couples always fighting, throwing beer bottles and not picking up the broken glass from the stairs. Then there are the teenage girls in the basement unit trashing up the building and coming to the top floor to smoke weed and cigarettes. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash garbage and the theft of vehicles has increased. You can walk the Landmark community at least a couple of times a month and see vehicles sitting on cinder blocks because someone has stolen the wheels or see broken windows because someone has broken into the vehicle. There is a security guard, but I believe he works until 11 or 12. Most of these car thefts are happening probably in the late hours of the night morning 1 00am to 4 00am. I used to love this community, but not anymore I will not be renewing my lease for 2020.
