|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I live right near the Leasing Office, so parking is often a challenge depending on what time I come home. Other than that, this is a really good place to live. The Leasing Office staff is very polite and helpful and despite the very few issues I've had with them, they usually go the extra mile to get a problem solved or a question answered. Maintenance is some of the best I've ever seen. They respond as quickly as they can, don't leave a mess when they have to fix or replace something, and if they come to the apartment while I happen to be home, they are very courteous.

|Recommended: YesEverything is good except noise levels of neighbors. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear every time someone shuts their door or kids running or people playing loud music. If you can live in a building with no kids or people smoking weed everyday I would say its good until you can afford something better with better walls so you don't have to hear everything from your neighbors.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy The Property. — I enjoy living here it a nice area. Maintenance request get fix fast, staff is friendly, and parking is nice. The only issue I have is my specific apartment looks like there were trying to rush to have it ready for move in and it shows with the work. Other than that everything is nice.
