|Recommended: NoWorst Place Ever Lived — The buildings are old need upgrade to standard living conditions. Light bills are extremely high, ants, mice and has project vibes. Someone left apartment furniture in the front lawn been there for three days….. can you imagine.
Thank you Melissa for your review. We take complaints seriously and are eager to address all issue including pest or maintenance. Your complaint about pests has been noted and will be addressed. Always feel free to put in work orders on the Resident Portal. You may also call the the office on 301-559-3948 or send an email to [email protected] and our team will be dispatched to take care of the issue. Regarding the furniture left outside of the building, we carried out evictions and we are required by law to give the tenant time to evacuate their furniture, after which we will discard any furniture left behind. It is not a pretty sight and we are sorry about this. However, the leftover furniture have been discarded. On the high utility bill, we are not in control of the power company billings. Nonetheless, we will be happy to dispatch our team to inspect your appliances to ensure normal functionality. Again we appreciate your position and are constantly working to ensure that that our residents are comfortable and safe and happy to make The Landmark home. I have had very minimal issues and the office is very responsive. Would definitely recommend living here as long as you add to the peace of the community

|Recommended: YesStill Processing — The price is great The apartment is great size. The cabinets and equipment is outdated. You can’t see apartments till you move in. The office staff is attentive and nice. Maintenance takes forever and never gives you updates on the work being done.

|Recommended: NoBedbugs — Terrible service and I am being charged for bedbug treatment. That is terrible deceptive business practices. I need this issue to be addressed immediately. I am a resident that pays rent on time and cause no issues. I did not have bedbugs prior to moving into your property and this is the property's responsibility not the residents. I DID NOT HAVE BEDBUGS PRIOR TO MOVING HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

|Recommended: YesMinor Hipcups But Ok — I like my space. Pest problem significantly reduced over the past few years due to regular maintenance. My neighbors are pretty friendly. No upgrades or updates with the rental increases but my space is good. My one complaint is the electricity costs for my comfort level is crazy high.

|Recommended: NoOld Appliances And Rats And Cockroaches — Since we moved in, the stove and refrigerator are old, apart from all the mice everywhere, the cockroaches since we moved, it's incredible how these people don't make an effort to have a good review of the person who rents, and we are very clean I have two small children and I live in fear that they will get sick thanks to the rats in this apartment
