|Recommended: YesI Would Recommend This Property, But I Would Encourage Everyone To Visit Their Actual Unit Before Agreeing To Anything Whatsoever. — My apartment was changed after agreeing to move into this property, before my official move date. I was originally planning on moving into another unit, only to be told that I would be upgraded to a better apartment with a slightly higher rent on another floor just weeks after agreeing to apply move-in. On my move date, my apartment was not ready at the agreed upon time. I was scheduled to pick up my keys from the leasing office4 and move in by 3pm. I was notified the day of my move in the middle of clearing out my previous residence that not only was my apartment not going ready at 3pm due to continued maintenance in the apartment, but I was told that it would also not be available for entry until 5pm at the earliest. While in the leasing office watching the clock tick away on the hourly rate I was paying my movers, there was not much done to resolve or make up for my costly delay. When I finally moved in, there were significant issues with cleanliness, non-functioning appliances, and plumbing. It would have been nice to know my apartment was not ready as late as the day before, so I could prepare the movers I had hired for the adjustment. The day of is not only inconsiderate, it's incredibly inconvenient. Last minute alterations, updates, and adjustments that cause such a significant delay should have been communicated well in-advance. Suffice it to say, I was forced to pay my movers more money than I had considered due to the delay in my apartment being ready. My apartment, neighbors, and community are all wonderfully pleasant. I do not know where the fault responsibility lies in all of this, just noting my experience. I am hoping that these issues with my unit resolve themselves in the best way possible. The quiet, familial feel of the community is something I would recommend.

|Recommended: YesA Well-Maintained Property — I’ve lived here for a few weeks now and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The overall rating I’d give is 4 out of 5 stars. The parking availability is generally good, making it convenient to find a spot close to my unit. The grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance staff is prompt and helpful whenever there’s an issue, both of which are standout features of the property.
However, there are some areas where improvement is needed. Noise disturbances have been an issue, particularly from the upstairs neighbor who often uses a vacuum during the first few nights of the week. Additionally, there are times when people play loud music in the hallway, which can be disruptive. It would be great if the management could address these noise issues to enhance the living experience. The construction quality is decent, but there are minor issues like thin walls that detract from the overall comfort.
The property staff are friendly and professional, which definitely adds to the sense of community here. Despite some of the noise disturbances, I would still recommend living here, especially if you value cleanliness and good maintenance.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place For Starting On Your Own — I would recommend it as a great place to start on your own. It is pretty clean and has an occasional bug or two here and there. Besides that, it is a lovely place to stay and sleep.
